摘要
我国城镇化的不断进步与国土空间规划的新背景,应完成开发模式从增量到存量的转化。在城市开发中,首当其冲的一般是老城区。由于老城区中各式各样的问题与较为悠久的历史传承,使得其在城市的开发中成为焦点。在我国之前的城镇化建设中,对城市的开发主要依靠大面积的拆迁与重建。这一做法虽然使老城区得以迅速改头换面,却也遗留下来大量问题。因此,本文立足于国土空间规划视角,重点探讨老城区更新策略。
With the continuous progress of urbanization in China and the new background of territory spatial planning,the transformation of development mode from increment to stock should be completed.In urban development,the first issue is generally the old city.Due to the various problems and long-term history inheritance in the old city,it has become the focus of urban development.In China’s previous urbanization construction,the development of cities has mainly relied on large-scale resettlement and reconstruction.While this approach has allowed for a rapid transformation of the old city,it has also left a number of problems.Therefore,based on the perspective of territory spatial planning,this paper focuses on the renewal strategy of old city.
