冷轧管机监控系统的数据管理设计

摘要 冷轧管在许多领域应用广泛,通过驱动电机的电压电流信号能够监控冷轧管机的工作过程及其健康状态,为生产管理和设备维护提供有力的保障。针对由监控器和管理器所组成的冷轧管机监控系统,提出了一种详细的数据管理的软件设计实现方案。监控器对冷轧管机电机信号进行AD采样,数据处理封装后通过CAN总线发送给管理器,管理器接收CAN信息并将解析出来的电机数据存储到SQLite数据库中。此数据管理设计方案将会为接下来的故障预测算法提供大量、可靠的电机数据来源,有助于技术人员快速掌握冷轧管机的故障情况,提高冷轧管机生产与设备管理的效率。 Cold rolled pipe is widely used in many fields.The working process and health state of cold rolling mill can be monitored by the voltage and current signal of driving motor,which provides strong guarantee for production management and equipment maintenance.Aiming at the monitoring system of cold rolling mill composed of monitor and manager,a detailed data management software design is proposed in this paper.The monitor samples the motor signal of the cold rolling mill,and sends the data to the manager through CAN bus after data processing and data packaging.The manager receives the CAN information and stores the motor data into the SQLite database.This data management design will provide a large number of reliable motor data for the following fault prediction algorithm,which will help technicians to quickly grasp the fault situation of cold rolling mill,improve the production and equipment efficiency.
