地铁车辆车门传动系统退化补偿控制策略

摘要 目的:地铁车辆车门在运营过程中需要频繁开启、关闭,随着累计运行时间的增加,地铁车辆车门传动元件磨损等会引起传动系统退化,从而影响车门开闭性能和运行安全。为消除退化影响,提高车辆运营的可靠性,需要研究补偿控制策略来纠正系统退化后产生的偏差。方法:通过介绍地铁车辆车门传动系统的基本结构、开关动作原理,分析车门动作时各主要传动元件的受力状态;构建车门传动系统动力学模型,并将传动系统等效动力学模型转换为对应形式的传递函数;分析传递函数的变化并增加自动补偿控制策略,使车门开关性能维持在健康状态。对采用自动补偿控制策略前后的车门位移及速度进行仿真分析与对比。结果及结论:验证了该补偿控制策略的有效性。采用该自动补偿控制策略能消减传动系统元件退化引起的车门开闭速度波动,提升车门开关性能。 Objective:Metro vehicle doors frequently open and close during operation.With accumulated operating time,the wear of the metro vehicle door transmission components can lead to degradation of transmission system,thereby affecting the door open/close performance and operational safety.To eliminate the degradation effects and improve the vehicle operation reliability,it is necessary to study compensation control strategies to correct deviations caused by system degradation.Method:By introducing the basic structure and open/close action principles of the metro vehicle door transmission system,the stress states of the main transmission components during door actions are analyzed.A dynamics model of the door transmission system is constructed,and the transmission system equivalent dynamics model is transformed into corresponding transfer function.The variations in the transfer function are analyzed,and an automatic compensation control strategy is implemented to maintain the door open/close performance in a healthy state.Simulation analysis and comparison are conducted on the door displacement and velocity before and after applying the automatic compensation control strategy.Result&Conclusion:The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified.Implementing the strategy reduces fluctuations in the door opening and closing speed caused by degradation of the transmission system components,thereby enhancing the performance of door operation.
