摘要
构建双循环新发展格局要求畅通供需循环。从供应链着手,促进中国制造业转型升级,不仅能够挖掘制造业企业需求,而且能够畅通流通渠道,打造强大的国内市场,是畅通供需循环的重要着力点。当前,我国制造业规模、质量持续提升,支柱产业作用日益凸显,但同时也面临着低成本优势减弱、产业链不够完善、产品被低端锁定等严峻挑战,应从提升制造企业自主创新能力、稳定制造业供应链、打造中国制造产业知名品牌着手,切实促进中国制造业转型升级,助力构建新发展格局。
Building a new development pattern of double cycle requires smooth circulation of supply and demand.Starting from the supply chain,promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry can not only tap the demand of manufacturing enterprises,but also smooth the circulation channels,create a strong domestic market,which is an important focus of unimpeded supply and demand cycle.At present,the scale and quality of China's manufacturing industry continue to improve,and the role of pillar industries is becoming increasingly prominent,but at the same time,it is also faced with severe challenges such as weakening low cost advantage,imperfect industrial chain and low-end products locked.We should start from enhancing the independent innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises,stabilizing the industry supply chain,and creating well-known brands of China's manufacturing industry,effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,and help build a new development pattern.
