摘要
通过构建医疗业与旅游业耦合协调指标体系,利用2011—2020年全国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,使用熵值法、耦合协调度模型以及空间计量模型对中国医疗业与旅游业的耦合协调水平和影响因素进行分析。研究得出,医疗业与旅游业耦合协调趋势向好,融合潜力较大,耦合协调水平从东南向西北呈现逐次降低的态势,也具有明显的空间相关性,集聚模式不一,高-高集聚区域以渤海湾、长三角、珠三角的周边省份为主,低-低集聚区域的省份多位于西北及东北地区;经济发展水平、财政支持力度等因素对医疗业与旅游业耦合协调水平产生正向影响,但存在空间差异。东部、西部地区两产业耦合协调水平受财政支持力度等因素的影响较为显著;中部地区两产业耦合协调水平与各影响因素间不存在空间依赖性;东北地区各因素对两产业耦合协调发展的影响均不显著。基于此,各省应持之以恒地发展本省经济,建设专业化人才队伍,有针对性地评估各地发展医疗旅游的可行性,为两产业耦合协调发展奠定坚实基础,充分发挥区域联动在两产业耦合协调发展中的作用,做到竞强争优,优势互补。
By constructing the coupling coordination index system of medical and tourism industry,using the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2011 to 2020,the entropy method,coupling coordination degree model and spatial econometric model were used to analyze the coupling coordination level and influencing factors of medical and tourism industry in China.It is concluded that the coupling coordination trend of medical industry and tourism industry in most provinces of our country is growing,and the potential of industrial integration is great.The coupling coordination level of the two industries shows a decreasing trend from the southeast to the northwest;There is an obvious spatial correlation between the coupling coordination levels of medical industry and tourism industry in each province,and the agglomeration modes are different.The agglomeration areas of high-high type are mainly the surrounding provinces of Bohai Bay,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta,and the provinces in the agglomeration areas of low-low type are mostly located in the northwest and northeast regions with relatively backward economic level.Economic development level,financial support level and other factors have a positive impact on the coupling coordination level of the medical industry and tourism industry,but there are spatial differences.The coupling coordination level of the two industries in the eastern and western regions is significantly affected by the financial support and other factors.There is no spatial dependence between the coupling coordination level and the influencing factors of the two industries in the central regions;The influence of each factor on the coupling coordination development of the two industries in northeast China is not significant.Based on this,this paper believes that each province should continuously develop its own economy,build professional talent teams,and evaluate the feasibility of developing medical tourism in different regions,so as to lay a solid foundation for the coupling coordination development of the two industries,give full play to the role of regional linkage in the coupling coordination development of the two industries,compete for strength and excellence,and complement each other’s advantages.
