湖南省农作物秸秆可收集资源量及能源化利用潜力评价 被引量:4

摘要 通过草谷比系数、秸秆可收集系数等指标对湖南省14个市州主要农作物秸秆的理论资源量、可收集资源量及能源化潜力量进行了评估,以期为湖南省秸秆能源化利用提供有力的数据支撑。结果表明:2021年湖南省各市州主要农作物秸秆的理论资源量为3 645.68万t,可收集资源总量为2 843.57万t,能源化潜力总量为1 422.04万t标准煤;从农作物种类来看,湖南省水稻、油菜和玉米的秸秆可收集资源较为丰富、能源化潜力较大;从各市州来看,常德市、衡阳市、邵阳市的秸秆可收集资源比较丰富、能源化潜力较大。在此基础上,从促进秸秆高值化利用技术的发展;加强秸秆利用的资金扶持与政策引导;推进秸秆产业化体系建设;通过宣传教育提高公众对秸秆能源化的认知4个方面提出了推进湖南省农作物秸秆能源化利用的建议。 The theoretical resource amount,collectable resource amount and energy potential amount of main crop straws in 14 cities and prefectures of Hunan Province were evaluated by means of the straw to grain ratio coefficient and straw collectable coefficient,so as to provide strong data support for straw energy utilization in Hunan Province.The results showed that in 2021,the theoretical resource amount of main crop straws in 14 cities and prefectures of Hunan Province was 36,456.8 thousand tons,the collectable resource amount was 28,435.7 thousand tons,and the energy potential amount was 14,220.4 thousand tons of standard coal.In terms of crop types,rice,rape and maize straws in Hunan Province were of relatively abundant collectable resources and great energy potential.In terms of cities and prefectures,Changde,Hengyang and Shaoyang possessed relatively abundant collectable straw resources and great energy potential.Hence,the study put forward suggestions for promoting the energy utilization of crop straws in Hunan Province from four aspects:to promote the development of straw high-value utilization technology;to strengthen the financial support and policy guidance for straw utilization;to promote the construction of the straw industrialization system;to improve the public's understanding of straw energy through publicity and education.
