摘要
复杂重型装备产品差异化程度大、个性化程度高,其设计过程用户高度参与,强调产品与客户需求的符合度,注重需求信息向设计知识的准确映射。针对复杂重型装备客户需求特点及客户知识差异造成信息表达失误及不完备的问题,提出一种面向单件小批量客户需求建模方法,从功能、性能、结构、安全、成本对需求分类描述,规范需求表达的内容与形式。针对获取客户需求信息的矛盾性或不合理性,提出客户需求信息一致性检查方法,通过构建客户需求模型和解析一致性约束,利用验证树对客户需求进行一致性检查以消解相关的属性冲突和矛盾。采用模糊粗糙集完成对客户需求的缺失信息补全,以解决客户信息不全而失效的问题。最后通过一个挤压机客户需求实例描述了复杂重型装备产品客户需求的表达与检验过程,验证了方法的有效性和可行性。
Complex heavy equipment with a high degree of personalization,its design process requires a high degree of user participation,emphasizing the conformity of the product with customer demands and focusing on the accurate mapping of demand information to design knowledge.For the problem of information expression errors and incompleteness caused by user requirement characteristics and user knowledge differences of complex heavy equipment,a single-piece small-batch customer requirements modeling method is proposed,which classifies and describes the requirements from function,performance,structure,safety and cost,and standardizes the content and form of demand expression.In view of the contradiction or irrationality in obtaining customer demand information,the consistency checking method of customer demand information is proposed.By constructing customer demand model and analyzing consistency constraint,the validation tree is used to check the consistency of customer requirements to resolve the related attribute conflicts and contradictions.Use fuzzy rough set to complete the missing information of customers’requirements,and solve the problem of incomplete and invalid user information.Finally,a large-scale extruder is used as an example to describe the expression and inspection process of customer requirements for complex heavy equipment products,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified.
