摘要 采用数值模拟的分析方法,运用雷诺应力模型模拟分析了旋风分离器入口位置变化的速度云图、压降云图和分离效率。结果表明,入口位置的变化会对流场的稳定性产生影响,当入口位置低于排气管插入深度时,内涡核的切向速度在径向位置上的速度梯度达到最大,造成流场的不稳定性;入口位置的降低,部分气流会沿壁面向上运动,偏心环流增加,对分离效率产生一定的影响;入口位置的降低会使压降和分离效率随着降低,T5结构比T0结构总压压降下降了7.7%,静压压降减少了7.5%,总分离效率也下降了22.2%。总体而言,分离器入口位于筒体轴向位置最上方的设计最优。 The velocity nephogram,pressure drop nephogram and separation efficiency of the inlet position change of the cyclone separator were simulated and analyzed by using the Reynolds stress model with the numerical simulation analysis method.The results show that changes in inlet position can have an impact on the stability of the flow field.When the inlet position is lower than the insertion depth of the exhaust pipe,the tangential velocity gradient of the inner vortex core reaches its maximum in the radial position,causing instability of the flow field.With the lower inlet position,a part of the airflow will move up along the wall and the eccentric circulation increases,which will have an effect on the separation efficiency.The pressure drop and separation efficiency decrease with the decrease of the inlet position.The T5 structure has 7.7%decrease in total pressure drop,7.5%decrease in static pressure drop,and 22.2%decrease in total separation efficiency compared to the T0 structure.Overall,the design with the separator inlet located at the top of the axial position of the cylinder is optimal.
