摘要
本文采用浸渍提拉层层自组装法在氢氧化钠水热处理后的AZ31镁合金表面制备得到了KH550/SiO_(2)复合涂层,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段表征了复合涂层的形貌和组成。结果表明,KH550/SiO_(2)复合涂层表面平整且均匀,表面上的二氧化硅为均匀的球形结构,粒径为50~200 nm。采用电化学方法研究了涂层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,制备的复合涂层提高了镁合金的耐腐蚀性能。
In this paper,KH550/SiO_(2)composite coatings were deposited on the surface of AZ31 magnesium alloy after sodium hydroxide hydro-thermal treatment with dip-coating layer-by-layer self-assembly method.The morphology and composition of composite coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis.The results showed that the KH550/SiO_(2) composite coating surface was flat and uniform,and SiO_(2) on the surface was of spherical structure with the particle size range of 50~200 nm.The corrosion resistance of the coating was studied by electrochemical method.The results showed that the prepared composite coating can improve the corrosion resistance of AZ31 magnesium alloy.
