侧翻脱模机支座结构参数对其接触应力影响分析

摘要 支座是侧翻脱模机中一个重要零件,起到支撑的作用,其结构参数影响整个系统的可靠性。针对支座结构参数设计问题,对其进行理论分析与仿真研究。对侧翻过程进行受力分析,采用有限元方法对不同支座结构参数模型进行仿真。在侧翻脱模机工作过程中,随着支座厚度、转轴直径增大使支座与转轴接触应力减小,转轴直径d相对于支座厚度t对支座与转轴接触的Mises应力敏感,为类似支座结构参数设计提供了参考。 Bearing is an important part of the rollover demoulding machine.Its structure parameters affect the reliability of the whole system.Aiming at the design problem of the bearing structure parameters,theoretical analysis and simulation research are carried out.The force analysis of the rollover process is carried out,and the finite element method is used to simulate the models with different bearing structure parameters.During the working process of the rollover demoulding machine,with the increase of the thickness of the bearing and the diameter of the shaft,the contact stress between the bearing and the shaft decreases.Compared with the thickness of the bearing,the diameter of the shaft is more sensitive to the Mises stress of the contact between the bearing and the shaft.This study has provided a reference method for the design of similar bearing structure parameters.
