摘要
目的 探讨鼓励性护理联合共情护理在普外科疝气手术中对患者应激反应和不良情绪的影响。方法 将2021年1月至2023年1月我院收治的160例普外科疝气手术患者纳入研究,采用双盲法分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受鼓励性护理,观察组在对照组的基础上接受共情护理,观察两组患者的应激反应指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、心率、收缩压、舒张压、焦虑情绪(SAI)]、护理满意度。结果 手术后,两组患者的CRP均有上升,观察组的CRP低于对照组;观察组手术期间的心率、收缩压和舒张压均小于对照组,SAI评分低于对照组;观察组的健康指导、人文关怀和服务质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 为普外科疝气手术患者联合应用鼓励性护理和共情护理有较好的效果,可减轻患者生理、心理应激反应,缓解其焦虑情绪,对提升护理质量和患者满意度有积极的作用。
Objective To explore the effects of encouraging nursing combined with empathic nursing on stress response and bad mood of patients undergoing hernia surgery in general surgery.Methods A total of 160 patients with general hernia surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2021to January 2023 were included in the study,and they were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method.The control group received encouraging nursing,and the observation group received empathic nursing on the basis of the control group.The stress response indexes [C-reactive protein(CRP),heart rate fluctuation,systolic blood pressure fluctuation,diastolic blood pressure fluctuation,anxiety emotion(SAI)]and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results After operation,CRP in both groups increased,and CRP in observation group was lower than control group.During operation,the fluctuation of heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group was lower than that in control group,and SAI score was lower than that in control group.The scores of health guidance,humanistic care and service quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of encouraging nursing and empathic nursing has a good effect on patients with hernia operation in general surgery,which can reduce the physiological and psychological stress reactions of patients,relieve anxiety,and have a positive effect on improving the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
