摘要
针对某化工园区医药化工废水难降解的特点,采用两级AO-芬顿氧化-混凝沉淀-臭氧催化氧化的组合工艺进行处理。工程运行结果表明,该工艺能够稳定高效地处理该医药化工废水,芬顿氧化可以大幅度去除废水中的难降解污染物,将COD浓度降至较低水平,混凝沉淀在去除废水中TP和SS的同时,提高了臭氧催化氧化单元的进水水质,最终实现了良好的有机物去除效果,在进水COD平均质量浓度约为250 mg/L的条件下,出水COD质量浓度稳定降低至45 mg/L以下,出水水质稳定达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级A排放标准。
In view of the hard-degradable characteristics of pharmaceutical chemical wastewater from a chemical industrial park,a combined process of two stage AO-Fenton oxidation-coagulation sedimentation-ozone catalytic oxidation was adopted for its treatment.The running results of the project showed that,the said process could stably and effectively treat the said kind of wastewater,hard degradable pollutants in the wastewater could be removed by Fenton oxidation,and the COD concentration was reduced to a relatively low level.While removing TP and SS in wastewater,coagulation and precipitation improve the influent water quality of ozone catalytic oxidation unit,and finally achieve good organic matters removal effect.Under the condition that the average mass concentration of COD was about 250 mg/L,the mass concentration of COD in effluent water was decreased to below 45 mg/L and remained stable,the effluent water quality was stably up to the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
