摘要
目的探讨地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合奥美拉唑肠溶片对急性胃肠炎患者炎症因子和胃肠功能的影响。方法选择宜黄县中医医院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的68例急性胃肠炎患者为研究对象,按双色球随机法分为两组,每组各34例。两组均行基础对症治疗,对照组用奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果、炎症因子、胃肠功能和生活质量情况。结果治疗后观察者患者呕吐、腹痛、发热、腹泻消失时间显著短于对照组;观察组治疗有效率97.06%高于对照组70.59%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血浆降钙素原(PCT)和白细胞计数(WBC)指标低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的肠胃功能明显改善,观察组患者的肠胃功能AGI分级大部分在Ⅰ级(25例)高于对照组(13例)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能以及物质生活指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗急性胃肠炎患者的效果十分显著,有效减轻炎症反应,改善患者肠胃功能,可在临床加以运用和推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of bacillus licheniformis capsules combined with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets on inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal function in patients with acute gastroenteritis.Methods A total of 68 patients with acute gastroenteritis from January 2021 to December 2022 admitted to Yihuang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the the double chromosphere random method,these patients were divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole entericcoated tablets and the observation group was treated with bacillus licheniformis capsules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,inflammatory factors,gastrointestinal function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the time of vomiting,abdominal pain,fever and diarrhea in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group;and the effective rate in the observation group(97.06%)was higher than that in the control group(70.59%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,PCT and WBC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)and the gastrointestinal function in the observation group was improved significantly,the AGI grade of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was mostly in grade I(25 cases),which was higher than that in the control group(13 cases)(P<0.05).After treatment,the psychological function,physical function,social function and material life index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of bacillus licheniformis capsules combined with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis is significant,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the gastrointestinal function of the patients.
