摘要 大跨钢桁梁桥采用拖拉式顶推施工具有比较明显的社会经济效益,应用在桥梁工程中具有一定优势。但拖拉式顶推施工步骤多,拖拉过程中体系转换频繁,可能出现施工安全问题。本文以某大跨钢桁梁桥拖拉式顶推法施工为背景,介绍了桥梁拖拉式顶推施工技术原理,阐述了拖拉式顶推施工技术的特点,提出了顶推过程中滑块施工技术难题。采用理论和现场试验相结合的方法,对连续箱梁顶推工艺中的新型滑道梁进行优化,应用同步定位施工滑块技术和施工过程中防止滑块落入既有线技术,精确控制滑块的同步位移,确保顶推过程安全施工。 The construction of long-span steel truss bridge adopt drag-type pushing has obvious social and economic benefits,its application in bridge engineering has certain advantages.However,there are many steps in the drag-type pushing construction,and the system conversion is frequent during dragging process,which may occur construction safety problems.In the background of the construction of long-span steel truss bridge with the dragtype pushing method,this paper introduces the construction technology principle of the bridge drag-type pushing,describes the characteristics of the drag-type pushing construction technology,and puts forward the technical problems of the construction of the slide block in the process of pushing.Optimizes the new slide beam in the process of pushing the continuous box girder with the method of combining theory and field experiment,and apply synchronous positioning construction slider technology and preventing the slider from falling into the existing line in the construction process,control the synchronous displacement of the slider accurately to ensure safe construction during the pushing process.
