摘要
为改变目前传统检测方法在处理房屋混凝土质量检测时易出现准确性较低的问题,提出基于超声回弹法的混凝土结构质量无损检测方法。检测方法以准备工作及试件养护为基础,对混凝土试件进行质量检测;布置测试波速与回弹数据的区域,开启超声波检测器进行声时检测;测量声时数值与回弹值,得出数据后,计算混凝土抗压强度数据,最终完成质量无损检测。实验结果显示:本文使用的基于超声回弹法的混凝土结构质量无损检测方法所检测出的抗压强度与实际数值趋近一致,因此能够准确测试出混凝土结构的质量。
In order to change a series of problems such as low accuracy that are prone to occur when traditional testing methods are used to detect the quality of concrete structures in buildings,a nondestructive testing method for the quality of concrete structures based on the ultrasonic rebound method is proposed.The testing method is based on preparation work and specimen maintenance,and quality testing is carried out on concrete specimens,and arrange the area for testing wave velocity and rebound data,and turn on the ultrasonic detector for acoustic time detection,and measure the acoustic time value and rebound value,obtain the data,calculate the compressive strength data of concrete,and finally complete the quality nondestructive testing.The experimental results show that the nondestructive testing of concrete structure quality based on ultrasonic rebound method used in this article has relatively consistent compressive strength compared to actual values,so it can accurately test the quality of concrete structure.
