摘要
目的分析“以案例为导向的学习方法”(Case-Based Learning,CBL)联合三维可视化技术在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中的教学效果及满意度。方法选择2019年6月—2021年6月就读于本院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的80名硕士研究生及规培医师作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各40名。实验组采用CBL教学模式并结合三维可视化技术,对照组采用传统的讲授方式,一学年教学后对其进行理论考核、操作考核、Mini-CEX量表评估、教学满意度调查。结果两组教学前理论及操作考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);一学年后两组理论、操作成绩均较教学前显著提高(P<0.05),且实验组教学后成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组Mini-CEX量表得分及满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将CBL教学模式与三维可视化技术创新性地相结合,在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学中具有可行性,且可以取得更好的教学效果及更高的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with three dimensional visualisation technology in clinical teaching in the department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery and the satisfaction on it.Methods Eighty postgraduate students or physicians received standardized training in the department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery from June,2019 to June,2021 were enrolled as study subjects.They were randomly divided into to experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The students in the experimental group adopted CBL combined with three-dimensional visualisation technology,while the students in the control group experienced traditional teaching.After one academic year of teaching,we conducted theoretical assessment,operational assessment,mini CEX scale and teaching satisfaction survey to access the effect and the students's satisfaction of the two teaching methods.Results There was no statistical difference in the scores of theoretical and operational examination between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05).After one-year teaching,the theoretical and operational scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before teaching(P<0.05),and the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The mini CEX score and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The innovative combination of CBL and three-dimensional visualization technology is feasible in the clinical teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery,and therefore achieves better teaching effect and higher satisfaction.
