多模态超声及影像组学在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断及预后评估中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)作为甲状腺癌最常见的病理类型,发病率高,进展缓慢,预后良好,但仍有部分PTC在早期发生颈部淋巴结转移(CLNM),故早期诊断PTC及术前预测CLNM极其重要。近年来以超声造影、弹性成像等为基础的多模态超声在甲状腺疾病方面的应用愈加广泛,加之影像组学大数据的飞速发展,很大程度上提高了PTC诊断及CLNM的预测效能,满足了临床精准诊疗的需求。本文详细分析了多模态超声及超声影像组学在PTC诊断及预后评估中的研究现状和应用进展,探讨目前所面临的困难及挑战,并对其未来前景进行展望。 Papillary carcinoma of the thyroid(PTC)is the most common pathological type of thyroid cancer,with high incidence,slow progress and good prognosis.However,there are still some PTC patients with cervical lymph node metastasis(CLNM)in the early stage,so early diagnosis of PTC and preoperative prediction of CLNM are extremely important.In recent years,multimodal ultrasound based on contrast-enhanced ultrasound and elastography has been more widely used in thyroid diseases,and the rapid development of radiomics big data has greatly improved the diagnostic efficiency of PTC and the prediction of CLNM,which meets the needs of clinical precision diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,the research status and application progress of multimodal ultrasound and ultrasound radiomics in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of PTC are analyzed in detail,the current difficulties and challenges were discussed,and the future prospects was prospected.
