摘要
维持空间行波管内超高真空度对其稳定性和长寿命至关重要。本文介绍了一种使用空间行波管电子枪进行管内真空度检测的方法,主要介绍了此方法的原理、检测流程,给出了样管检测结果,对检测数据的分析验证了此方法具有良好的线性度和准确性。此方法为空间行波管在分离离子泵和封装后的管内真空度检测提供了一种有效手段。
It is very important to maintain the ultra-high vacuum of space traveling wave tube(TWT)for its stability and long life.A vacuum degree measuring method of space TWT by using its electron gun is introduced.The principle and the measuring process are described,and the sample tube measuring results are given.The data analysis shows that the method has good linearity and accuracy.It provides an effective means for vacuum degree measuring of the space TWT after ion pump separating and packaging.
