摘要
BIM技术的产生和应用,为建筑工程行业带来了一场从二维到三维的革命性变革。BIM技术可应用于建筑工程的全周期阶段。在酒店建筑电气设计过程中,BIM模型全面展示了电气桥架和主要设备,并利用软件的管线碰撞功能进行管线综合设计。BIM技术可提升建筑项目的信息化管理水平,提高各设计单位间的沟通与协作的工作效率,规划出合理的施工顺序和条件,提高施工效率和质量。
The emergence and application of BIM technology has brought a revolution from twodimensional to three-dimensional for the construction engineering industry.BIM technology can be applied to the whole cycle phase of construction engineering.In the process of electrical design of hotel buildings,BIM model fully shows the electrical bridge and main equipment,and makes use of the pipeline collision function of the software to carry out the comprehensive design of pipelines.BIM technology can improve the information management level of construction project,improve the efficiency of communication and cooperation among design units,plan out reasonable construction sequence and conditions,and improve construction efficiency and quality.
