摘要
目的:研究腹腔镜肝癌切除术治疗肝细胞癌的有效性、安全性。方法:选取右江民族医学院附属西南医院2020年1月—2022年12月治疗的80例肝细胞癌患者为观察对象,根据手术方法分为对照组(开腹肝癌切除术,40例)与观察组(腹腔镜肝癌切除术,40例)。比较两组围术期临床指标、炎性指标、免疫功能。结果:观察组胃肠道功能恢复时间、引流管放置时间、住院治疗时间短于对照组,手术操作时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后,观察组降钙素原、白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);手术后,观察组免疫功能指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:腹腔镜肝癌切除术治疗肝细胞癌的临床应用价值较高,能够加快患者术后身体的恢复速度,对炎性反应与免疫功能影响较小,值得推荐。
Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic hepatocellular carcinoma resection in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:The 80 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by Southwest Hospital Affiliated to Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group(open hepatocellular carcinoma resection,40 cases)and observation group(laparoscopic hepatocellular carcinoma resection,40 cases)according to operation method.The perioperative clinical indexes,inflammatory indexes and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,procalcitonin drainage tube placement time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the operation time was longer than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After operation,the levels of procalcitonin and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);After operation,the immune function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Laparoscopic hepatocellular carcinoma resection has high clinical application value in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma,which can accelerate the recovery rate of patients after surgery,and has little effect on inflammatory response and immune function,which is worthy of recommendation.
