吉林省豚草种子微结构变异分析

摘要 为探究吉林省豚草种子的微结构变异,本研究从吉林省的12个市(县)不同豚草种群采集种子进行扫描电镜观察,对豚草种子表型性状与地理、气候因子进行相关性分析,对种子表型性状进行了聚类分析。结果表明,吉林省12个地区豚草种子的表皮纹饰均为条状,种子可分2类。第Ⅰ类为短喙、中小种形种子,包括四平市、白山市、吉林市龙潭山、蛟河市、松原市、吉林市磨盘山、通化市、公主岭市、乾安县、长春市和白城市种源;第Ⅱ类为长喙、大种形种子,仅包括桦甸市种源。12个地区豚草种子微结构存在变异,表型性状相同的豚草种子微结构存在差异,表型性状不同的豚草种子其纹饰类型也有相似之处。 In order to explore the microstructure variation of A.artemisiifolia seeds in Jilin Province,in this study the seeds collected from different A.artemisiifolia populations from 12 cities were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the correlation between the phenotypic traits of A.artemisiifolia seeds and geographical and climatic factors was analyzed,and cluster analysis on the phenotypic traits of A.artemisiifolia seeds was made.The results showed that the epidermal sculptures of A.artemisiifolia seeds in 12 regions of Jilin Province were strip-shaped,and the seeds could be divided into two categories.The first category was short beaked,medium-small-sized seed,and included provenances from Siping City,Baishan City,Longtan Mountain of Jilin city,Jiaohe City,Songyuan City,Mopanshan of Jilin city,Tonghua City,Gongzhuling City,Qian'an County,Changchun and Baicheng City.The second category was long beak,large sized seed,only including Huadian City provenance.There were variations in microstructure of A.artemisiifolia seeds in 12 regions.The microstructure of A.artemisiifolia seeds with the same phenotypic traits was different,and the sculpture types of A.artemisiifolia seeds with different phenotypic traits were similar.
