摘要
以12个蒲公英品种(系)为试材,研究了12个蒲公英品种(系)的光合特性和农艺性状,采用灰色关联法、DTOPSIS法和主成分分析法对蒲公英11个农艺性状和光合特性进行综合评价及分析,筛选适合郑州栽培的蒲公英品种(系)。结果表明,蒲公英的11个农艺性状的光合特性均差异显著,变异系数为21.65%~68.04%。产量与净光合速率、水分利用率、叶绿素、单株叶片数呈极显著正相关,与蒸腾速率呈显著负相关,10个光合特性和农艺性状对蒲公英产量的影响从大到小为单株叶片数、叶绿素、净光合速率、水分利用率、叶长、胞间CO_(2)浓度、叶宽、叶面积、蒸腾速率、气孔导度,单株叶片数、叶绿素、净光合速率等3个性状指标对蒲公英育种及引种比较重要。DTOPSIS分析结果表明,综合排序前四名与产量前四名排序不一致,但均为郑农蒲3号、郑农蒲4号、郑农蒲5号、郑农蒲6号。主成分分析得分第1名为郑农蒲3号,与蒲公英产量第1名一致,主成分前5名与蒲公英产量前5名中,均有郑农蒲3号、郑农蒲4号和郑农蒲5号。综上分析,DOTPSIS法和主成分分析法可作为蒲公英品种(系)综合评价的一种方法,筛选出郑农蒲3号、郑农蒲4号和郑农蒲5号可以作为新品种(系)进行新品种选育与示范推广。
Taking 12 Taraxacum mongolicum varieties(lines)as test materials,the photosynthetic characteristics and growth agronomic traits of 11 Taraxacum mongolicum varieties(lines)were studied.The 11 agronomic traits and photosynthetic characteristics of Taraxacum mongolicum were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed by grey correlation method,DTOPSIS method and principal component analysis method,and the Taraxacum mongolicum varieties(lines)suitable for Zhengzhou cultivation were screened.The results showed that there were significant differences in photosynthetic characteristics of 11 agronomic traits of Taraxacum mongolicum,and the coefficient of variation was 21.65%-68.04%.The yield was highly significantly positively correlated with net photosynthetic rate,water use efficiency,chlorophyll,number of leaves per plant,and negatively correlated with transpiration rate.The influence of 10 photosynthetic characteristics and agronomic traits on Taraxacum mongolicum yield from strong to weak was in the order of number of leaves per plant,chlorophyll,net photosynthetic rate,water use efficiency,leaf length,intercellular CO_(2) concentration,leaf width,leaf area,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and three traits named number of leaves per plant,chlorophyll and net photosynthetic rate were important for Taraxacum mongolicum breeding and introduction.DTOPSIS analysis results showed that the top four comprehensive ranking was inconsistent with the top four output ranking,but they were all Zhengnongpu3,Zhengnongpu4,Zhengnongpu5,and Zhengnongpu6.The first place in the score of principal component analysis was Zhengnongpu3,which was consistent with the first place in the output of Taraxacum mongolicum.Among the top five in the principal component analysis and the top five in the output of Taraxacum mongolicum,there were Zhengnongpu3,Zhengnongpu4 and Zhengnongpu5.To sum up,DOTPSIS method and principal component analysis method could be used as a method for comprehensive evaluation of Taraxacum mongolicum varieties(lines),and Zhengnongpu3,Zhengnongpu4 and Zhengnongpu5 could be selected as new varieties(lines)for breeding and demonstration.
