摘要
针对开关型光电传感器出厂需要进行多项测试这一情况,以工业平板计算机为测试核心,利用Visual Studio编程环境,设计并搭建了一套开关型光电传感器批量测试系统。首先,介绍了系统总体架构和系统各项硬件设备;其次,采用Visual Studio设计开发测试系统程序,各模块间通过MODBUS通讯协议进行数据传输,在人机界面实时显示采集所得数据,并结合SQL server数据库对测试数据进行管理。最后经过测试使用结果,说明了该测试系统有效地提高了开关型光电传感器的生产效率并确保了产品的合格率。
In view of the fact that many tests are required for the switch type photoelectric sensor before delivery,a batch test system for the switch type photoelectric sensor is designed and built with the industrial tablet computer as the test core and the Visual Studio programming environment.First of all,it introduces the overall architecture of the system and various hardware devices of the system;secondly,Visual Studio is used to design and develop the test system program.The data between modules is transmitted through MODBUS communication protocol,and the acquired data is displayed on the human-computer interface in real time,and the test data is managed in combination with the SQL server database.Finally,the test results show that the test system effectively improves the production efficiency of the switch type photoelectric sensor and ensures the product qualification rate.
