摘要
介绍了多晶硅的性质以及多晶硅介质管路的工况特点,分析多晶硅管路对选用球阀的性能要求。分别对多晶硅管路球阀的主体材料及阀座密封面材料的选择、球体表面处理工艺进行阐述。对多晶硅管路固定球阀的结构进行分析,分别对阀杆轴套、阀杆与球体连接、阀座、球体等结构进行设计优化。最后对球阀进行性能试验,验证产品性能和使用寿命等满足工况需求。
The properties of polysilicon and the working characteristics of polysilicon medium pipeline are introduced,and the performance requirements of polysilicon pipeline for ball valve selection are analyzed.The selection of the main material of the polycrystalline silicon pipeline ball valve,the sealing surface material of the valve seat and the surface treatment technology of the ball are described.The structure of polysilicon pipeline fixed ball valve is analyzed,and the structure of stem sleeve,stem and ball connection,seat and ball are designed and optimized respectively.Finally,the ball valve performance test to verify product performance and service life to meet the requirements of working conditions.
