摘要
排烟热损失在燃煤锅炉热损失中占比较大,水煤浆锅炉的脱硫塔后的烟气接近饱和状态,水蒸气会带走大量余热。针对热损失问题,以深度回收水煤浆锅炉余热为目的,提出了融合热源喷淋换热的烟气余热回收系统,深度回收水煤浆锅炉烟气湿法脱硫后的余热,既显著提高了锅炉供热能力,又可以大幅降低锅炉排烟温度,深度脱除SO_(2)、NO_(X)、颗粒物等污染物。系统地介绍了融合热源喷淋换热的烟气余热回收系统,以及在实际项目中的设计及应用,通过一个采暖季运行观察及数据整理,系统运行安全稳定,节能减排效果良好,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,为实现水煤浆锅炉的节能、减排提供了参考依据。
The heat loss of exhaust gas accounts for a large proportion of the heat loss of coal-fired boilers.The flue gas after the desulfurization tower of the coal-water slurry boiler is close to saturation,and the water vapor takes away a lot of waste heat.Aiming at the problem of heat loss,in order to deeply recover the waste heat of coal-water slurry boiler,this paper proposes a flue gas waste heat recovery system that integrates heat source spray heat transfer,and deeply recovers the waste heat after wet desulfurization of flue gas of coal-water slurry boiler.It not only significantly improves the heating capacity of the boiler,but also greatly reduces the exhaust temperature of the boiler,and deeply removes pollutants such as SO_(2),NO_(X),and particulate matter.This paper systematically introduces the flue gas waste heat recovery system with heat source spray heat transfer,and its design and application in actual projects.Through a heating season operation observation and data collation,the system runs safely and stably,and the energy saving and emission reduction effect is good.Good economic and social benefits have been achieved,which provides a reference for realizing energy saving and emission reduction of coal water slurry boilers.
