摘要
轨道交通是城市公共交通系统的骨干,目前站点的建设在协调城市空间与轨道交通等物质空间方面取得了一定的成绩。但却忽略了站点实际建设水平与居民期望之间的差距,单一的客观评价导致部分站点空间使用率低,空间使用感受不佳。基于“城市人”分析方法,构建基于使用者的理性共识和物性需求的站点空间满意度评价,采用社会调查、方差分析、回归分析等方法,辨识站点空间使用者的满意度共识和满意度影响因子,结果显示:50~59岁使用者对站点空间供给的满意度最低;地面人车混行是影响整体满意度的主要指标;标识指引、出入口指引、乘车指引、道路卫生和地域文化表现是影响“城市人”再次乘坐地铁的主要指标。
Rail transit is the backbone of urban public transportation system,and the current construction of stations has made certain achievements in coordinating urban space with such physical space as rail transit.However,the gap between the actual construction level of stations and the expectation of residents has been ignored,and the single objective evaluation has led to the low utilization rate of some stations and the poor feelings toward space usage.Based on the analysis method of “Homo-urbanicus” theory,this study constructed the evaluation of satisfaction with station space according to users' rational consensus and physical needs,and used social survey,analysis of variance and regression analysis to identify the users' satisfaction consensus with station space and the factors that affect this satisfaction.The results show that users aged 50-59 are the least satisfied with the supply of station space;mixed traffic of pedestrians and vehicles on the ground is the main indicator of overall satisfaction;signage guide,entrance and exit guide,ride guidance,road hygiene and regional cultural performance are the main indicators that influence urbanites' decisions of whether to take the subway again.
