云南省农业绿色发展水平综合评价及影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 农业绿色发展是以环境容量和资源承载力为基础,最大化地减少化肥农药农膜等威胁生态环境的石油化学物品使用,利用现代科技装备农业,实现既不污染生态环境、又能保护农民权益的一种农业发展方式。文章运用熵权法,对云南省的农业绿色发展水平进行测度,并运用灰色关联分析法,对影响云南省农业绿色发展水平的因素进行排序,从中找出影响云南省农业绿色发展水平的主要因素。结果表明:(1)2015—2020年云南省农业绿色发展水平整体呈上升趋势,但稳定性较差;(2)环境效益、资源效益和产出效益的贡献率整体呈上升趋势,但各效益贡献率波动性较大,整体协调性较差;(3)环境效益、资源效益和产出效益与农业绿色发展的关联度由强至弱依次为环境效益>资源效益>产出效益;(4)与农业绿色发展关联度较高的要素为湿地面积、农膜使用强度、化肥使用强度、湖泊营养状态指数和土地生产率。 Agricultural green development is a development mode based on environmental capacity and resource-carrying capacity to minimize the use of petrochemicals such as chemical fertilizers,pesticides,and agricultural film and to use modern science and technology to equip agriculture so that agriculture can not pollute the ecological environment and protect farmers'rights and interests.This paper uses the entropy-right method to measure the agricultural green development level in Yunnan Province and the gray correlation analysis method to sort the factors affecting the agricultural green development level in Yunnan Province and to find out the main factors affecting the level of the green development level of agriculture in Yunnan Province.The results show that:(1)from 2015 to 2020,the overall green development level of agriculture in Yunnan province shows an upward trend,but the stability is poor;(2)the overall contribution rate of environmental benefit,resource benefit,and output benefit is on the rise,but the contribution rate of each benefit is relatively volatile,and the overall coordination is poor;(3)the correlation between environmental benefit,resource benefit and output benefit and agricultural green development changes from strong to weak is that environmental benefit is the first,resource benefit is the second and output benefit is the third;(4)the elements with high correlation with agricultural green development are wetland area,agricultural film use intensity,chemical fertilizer application intensity,lake nutrition state index and land productivity.
