摘要
在构建“双循环”新发展格局的国家战略背景下,我国催生出更大容量的数字经济规模,致使国内企业能迅速拓展至国外市场参与竞争。由此,各类职业院校都提出了“要培育具有国际化职业视野、大数据分析能力和跨境电商实践素质的新型营销人才”的新目标。进入新时代,为更好地适应新商科发展趋势与后疫情就业新形势,尝试构建“线下应用型+线上嵌入式+多维度考评”的全新实践教学体系,并从课程内容动态调整、模拟场景深化培养、创新平台协同育人等三层面探索大数据营销人才培养的新路径。
Under the national strategic background of building"Dual Cycle"development pattern,China has spawned a larger-capacity digital economy,has spawned a larger-capacity digital economy,which has enabled domestic companies to quickly expand to foreign markets to participate in competition.As a result,various vocational colleges have put forward the new goal of"cultivating new marketing talents with international career vision,big data analysis ability and cross-border e-commerce practical quality".In the new era,in order to adapt to the development trend of new business and the new situation of post epidemic employment,this study attempts to construct a new practical teaching system of"offline application+online embedded+multi-dimensional evaluation",and explores a new path for the training of big data marketing talents from three aspects:dynamic adjustment of course content,deepening training of simulation scenes and collaborative education of innovative platform.
