摘要
取水口取水监测计量是取用水管理不可或缺的手段,是发挥水资源刚性约束作用的重要基础性工作。由于桑基图的宽度总是与流量大小成正比,所以,文章通过桑基图对哈尔滨市2019年取水口监测计量情况分析,从桑基图中更为直观分析出哈尔滨市取水口监测计量情况,并对哈尔滨市2021—2023年取水口监测计量分阶段目标和任务进行论述,明确了取水口监测计量的重点任务。
The monitoring and measurement of water intake is an indispensable means of water intake management and an important basic work to play the role of rigid constraint of water resources.Because the width of the Sankey map is always proportional to the flow,this paper analyzes the monitoring and measurement of the water intake in Harbin in 2019 through the Sankey map,and more intuitively analyzes the monitoring and measurement of the water intake in Harbin from the Sankey map,and discusses the phased objectives and tasks of the monitoring and measurement of the water intake in Harbin from 2021 to 2023,and clarifies the key tasks of the monitoring and measurement of the water intake.
