改性气化飞灰对树脂材料性能的影响

Effect of Modified Gasification Fly Ash on Resin Material Properties

摘要 为提高气化飞灰的附加值利用,使其适合作为高聚物的填料,对气化飞灰研磨并改性,以改性后气化飞灰(CGFA)作为功能填料,以环氧树脂(EP)为基体,并添加端羧基液体丁腈橡胶(CTBN),制备EP/CTBN/CGFA复合材料,探究不同含量的CGFA对EP/CTBN/CGFA复合材料的力学性能、微观形貌、热稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着CGFA含量的增大,EP/CTBN/CGFA复合材料的热稳定性能提高,拉伸强度和冲击强度先增大后减小。CGFA含量为5%时,EP/CTBN/CGFA复合材料的拉伸强度达到最大,与未添加CGFA的复合材料相比提高10%。气化飞灰作为填料,可改善EP材料的力学性能和热稳定性,同时降低工业生产成本。 In order to improve the added value utilization of gasification fly ash and make it suitable as a filler for polymers,the gasification fly ash was ground and modified.The modified gasification fly ash(CGFA)was used as a functional filler,epoxy resin(EP)was used as the matrix,and carboxyl-terminated liquid nitrile rubber(CTBN)was added to prepare EP/CTBN/CGFA composites.The effects of different content of CGFA on mechanical properties,microstructure and thermal stability of EP/CTBN/CGFA composites were investigated.The results show that with the increase of CGFA content,the thermal stability of EP/CTBN/CGFA composites is improved,and the tensile strength and impact strength first increase and then decrease.When the addition amount of CGFA is 5%,the tensile strength of EP/CTBNCGFA composite reaches the maximum,which is 10%higher than that of composite without CGFA.As a filler,the gasification fly ash can improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability of EP materials,and reduce the industrial production cost.
