不同分散剂对水煤浆成浆性能的影响研究

摘要 为了解萘系、木质素系和腐殖酸系分散剂对水煤浆成浆性能影响,通过成浆性试验研究不同分散剂对水煤浆定黏浓度、表观黏度、流动性及稳定性的影响规律,并探讨了不同分散剂性能差异及其作用机理。结果表明:分散剂对煤具有适配性,萘系与低阶煤01和低阶煤03、腐殖酸系与低阶煤02的适配性更高;萘系和腐殖酸系对水煤浆流动性的影响优于木质素系,分散剂对水煤浆的稳定性从高到低排序为腐殖酸系>木质素>萘系。萘系和木质素系复配,萘系复配量在90%时不影响水煤浆的成浆性能。萘系与腐殖酸系分散剂复配,腐殖酸系复配量在10%时可明显提高水煤浆的流动性和稳定性。通过研究分散剂添加量对水煤浆表观黏度的影响,发现分散剂的饱和添加量为0.6%。 In order to understand the effect of naphthalene-based,lignin-based and humic acid-based dispersants on the pulping properties of coal-water slurry,the effects of different dispersants on the viscosity,apparent viscosity,fluidity and stability of coal-water slurry were studied through pulpability experiments.The influence law of different dispersants was discussed,and the difference in performance of different dispersants and their mechanism of action were discussed.The results show that the dispersant has the adaptability to coal,the adaptability of naphthalene series and low rank coal 01 and low rank coal 03,humic acid series and low rank coal 02 is higher;naphthalene series and humic acid series are more suitable for water.The influence of the fluidity of coal slurry is better than that of lignin,and the order of the stability of dispersant to coal water slurry is humic acid>lignin>naphthalene.The compounding of naphthalene series and lignin series,when the amount of naphthalene series compounding is 90%,does not affect the pulping performance of coal-water slurry.Naphthalene series and humic acid series dispersants are compounded.When the compounding amount of humic acid series is 10%,the fluidity and stability of coal-water slurry can be obviously improved.By studying the effect of dispersant dosage on the apparent viscosity of CWS,it was found that the saturated dosage of dispersant was 0.6%.
