摘要
黄炎培职业教育思想深刻影响着现代职业教育课程思政教育教学理论和实践。高职教育课程思政具有立德树人和专业教育相统一、职业精神和技术技能相融合、显性教育和隐性教育相结合等特点。当前,高职教育课程思政建设取得积极成效,但仍然存在缺乏院校与企业全员课程思政育人协同一体机制、缺乏院校与企业全程课程思政育人协同一体机制和缺乏院校与企业全方位课程思政育人协同一体机制等问题。为此,基于黄炎培职业教育思想,提出高职教育课程思政协同一体机制的实施路径,主要包括:构建院校与企业全员课程思政育人协同一体机制;构建院校与企业全程课程思政育人协同一体机制;构建院校与企业全方位课程思政育人协同一体机制。
Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought has a profound impact on the theory and practice of ideological and political education and teaching in specialized courses for contemporary vocational education.The ideological and political education in specialized courses for higher vocational education has the characteristics of the unity of the moral education and professional education,the integration of professional spirit and technical skills,the combination of explicit education and implicit education.At present,positive results have been achieved in the ideological and political construction of specialized courses for higher vocational education,but there are still some deficiencies in terms of the integration mechanism of all-member,whole-process,and all-round ideological and political education in specialized courses between the college and enterprise.Based on Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought,the implementation path of the integration mechanism of ideological and political education in specialized courses for higher vocational education is proposed,that is,constructing the integration mechanism of all-member,whole-process,and all-round ideological and political education in specialized courses between the college and enterprise.
