摘要
CO_(2)驱开采过程中,随着注入地层CO_(2)的上返,采出系统中CO_(2)含量逐渐升高,pH值逐渐降低,介质性质不断变化,地面采出液和处理系统乳化程度不断加深。集输系统中压力的突然降低导致系统内存在起泡问题,针对CO_(2)驱采出的流体,研制出适用于气液分离环节的消泡剂AF-1005,采出液脱水环节用到的破乳剂DE-1215,以及适合采出水处理系统所需的絮凝剂CL-5013。该破乳剂和絮凝剂在榆树林油田CO_(2)驱采出流体处理试验装置上开展应用研究,取得了良好的应用效果。
In the process of CO_(2) flooding,as the CO_(2) injected into the reservoir returns,the CO_(2) content in the produced system gradually increases,the pH value gradually decreases,and the proper-ties of the medium constantly changes,the emulsification degree of surface produced liquid and the treatment system continuously deepens.The sudden reduction of pressure in the gathering system leads to the possibility of foaming in the system.Defoaming agent AF 1005 used in the gas-liquid separation process,demulsifier DE 1215 used in the dehydration process of produced liquid,and flocculant CL 5013 for produced water treatment system have been developed,which are suitable for CO_(2)-produced fluids.The developed demulsifier and flocculant have been applied to the CO_(2) flooding-produced fluid treatment testing unit in Yushulin Oilfield,and good application results have been achieved.
