摘要
以贵溪冶炼厂电解车间二次终液为研究对象,采用树脂吸附为核心工艺,结合“蒸发浓缩-冷冻结晶”工艺,开展硫酸镍溶液中酸盐分离中试研究。通过树脂“吸附-解吸”,H_(2)SO_(4)的分离率可达83.82%,Ni分离率可达81.45%。酸度终点为400 g/L的脱酸后液经过“蒸发浓缩-冷冻结晶”处理,镍脱除效率为76.32%。
Which combined the resin adsorption process and"evaporation concentration-freezing crystallization"process separates to the acid salt in nickel sulfate solution what product by electrolysis shop of Guixi Smelter.Through"adsorption-desorption"of the resin,the separation rate of H_(2)SO_(4)and Ni were 83.82%and 81.45%,respectively.The nickel removal efficiency of the solution with sulfuric acid concentration of 400 g/L was 76.32%through"evaporation concentration-freezing crystallization"process.
