摘要
对X70钢双圆柱形腐蚀缺陷油气管道进行有限元分析,首先对其应力分布情况进行研究,其次对缺陷参数如缺陷深度、腐蚀间距和缺陷布置位置等对等效应力和失效压力的作用进行研究。结果表明:应力云图可以分为3部分;当双圆柱形腐蚀深度系数增大时,最大等效应力随之增大,基本成线性关系,失效压力随之减小,并出现临界值;当双圆柱形腐蚀缺陷间距增大时,最大等效应力呈减小的趋势,失效压力呈增加的趋势;轴向腐蚀缺陷最大等效应力大于环向腐蚀缺陷最大等效应力,环向腐蚀缺陷失效压力大于轴向腐蚀缺陷失效压力。
The X70 steel oil and gas pipeline with double cylindrical corrosion defects was analyzed by finite element method.Firstly,the stress distribution was studied.Secondly,the effects of defect parameters such as defect depth,corrosion spacing and defect location on equivalent stress and failure pressure were studied.The results showed that the stress nephogram could be divided into three parts;When the corrosion depth coefficient of double cylinder increased,the maximum equivalent stress increased,which was basically linear,and the failure pressure decreased,and a critical value appeared;When the distance between two cylindrical corrosion defects increased,the maximum equivalent stress decreased and the failure pressure increased;The maximum equivalent stress of axial corrosion defect was greater than that of circumferential corrosion defect,and the failure pressure of circumferential corrosion defect was greater than that of axial corrosion defect.
