摘要
专业教师兼任班主任在高职院校中是很常见的学生管理模式。该管理模式具有其特有的优缺点,笔者结合学生管理工作经验就如何提高其实效性提出几点意见。
It is quite common in higher vocational colleges for professional teachers to serve as homeroom teachers in student management.This management model has its unique advantages and disadvantages.The author proposes several suggestions on how to improve its effectiveness based on experience in student management.
