摘要
基于TOE理论框架构建了企业数字化转型驱动因素模型,并运用fsQCA方法对收集到的26个数字原生企业和数字非原生企业的数据进行了组态路径分析。结果发现:数字原生企业数字化转型组态路径主要有三条,分别是环境-技术主导组织协同型、技术-环境主导组织协同型和技术-环境主导型;非原生企业由于缺乏数字化转型的技术和经验,只能通过两条不同的技术-环境主导型路径实现数字化转型,且不同路径之间还存在着重叠路径和潜在替代关系。
Based on the TOE theoretical framework,this paper constructs a model of driving factors for the digital transformation of enterprises and uses the fsQCA method to analyze the configuration path of the collected data of 26 digital-native enterprises and non-native enterprises.Results show that there are three main configuration paths for digital transformation of digital-native enterprises,namely environment-technology-led organizational collaboration,technology-environment-led organizational collaboration,and technology-environment-led.Due to lack of technology and experience,non-native enterprises can only achieve digital transformation through two different technology-environment-led paths,and there are overlapping paths and potential substitution relationships between different paths.
