摘要
基于2006-2019年京津冀地区13个城市的面板数据,应用包含非期望产出的超效率SBM模型测算碳排放效率并分析其时空特征,利用时期固定的空间杜宾模型探究城乡收入差距和消费差异对碳排放效率的影响及作用机制。研究表明:(1)除2018年外,2006-2019年京津冀地区各城市的碳排放效率均值逐年上升,增长速度趋于平缓,各市碳排放效率存在显著差异;(2)京津冀地区的城乡收入差距与碳排放效率存在“倒U”型关系,消费差异与碳排放效率呈负向关系;(3)碳排放效率、城乡收入差距和消费差异的空间溢出效应显著;(4)消费差异在城乡收入差距影响碳排放效率的作用机制中存在显著的中介效应。当前,京津冀地区城市应缩小城乡收入差距和消费差异,以促进碳排放效率的提高。
Based on the panel data of 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2006 to 2019,the super-SBM model which considers undesirable outputs is applied to measure the carbon emission efficiency whose temporal and spatial characteristics are analyzed,and the spatial Durbin model with fixed period is used to explore the impact and mechanism of rural-urban income gap and consumption difference on carbon emission efficiency in it.Results show that,first,except for 2018,the average carbon emission efficiency of 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region increased year by year from 2006 to 2019,and the growth rate tended to be flat,with significant differences in carbon emission efficiency among cities.Second,there is an"inverted U"relationship between rural-urban income gap and carbon emission efficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and there is a negative relationship between consumption difference and carbon emission efficiency.Third,carbon emission efficiency,the rural-urban income gap and consumption difference have significant spatial spillover effects.Forth,consumption difference has a significant intermediary effect in the mechanism that the rural-urban income gap affects carbon emission efficiency.At present,cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should narrow the rural-urban income gap and consumption difference to promote the improvement of carbon emission efficiency.
