摘要
为了明确不同小麦品种对春季限水灌溉条件的响应,采用随机区组试验设计,设济麦22、石农086、邯6172和鲁麦14计4个小麦品种处理,研究了限水灌溉(春季拔节期灌溉1水)条件下不同小麦品种光合特性、干物质积累特性和产量的差异。结果表明:济麦22和石农086在灌浆期间光合性能较高,灌浆后期叶面积指数(LAI)和光合性能下降缓慢;邯6172在灌浆前期和中期旗叶光合速率和SPAD值较高,后期降低较快,LAI灌浆后期较中期降低51.7%。生育期间济麦22和石农086的干物质积累量较多,花前干物质转移量和花后积累干物质对子粒贡献率均较高,其中济麦22收获指数高达0.64;邯6172花前干物质积累量较高但转移量较低,花后积累干物质量多且对子粒的贡献率最高;最终,济麦22产量最高,其次是石农086和邯6172,鲁麦14产量最低。在生产实践中,限水灌溉条件下宜选择生育后期光合性能衰老缓慢、花后积累干物质量多、收获指数高的品种。
In order to clarify the response of different wheat varieties to water limited irrigation in spring,the randomized block experiment design was used to study the differences in photosynthetic characteristics,dry mat ter accumulation characteristics and yield of different wheat varieties under water limited irrigation(irrigation once at jointing stage in spring).The results showed that Jimai 22 and Shinong 086 had higher photosynthetic performance during the filling period,while leaf area index(LA I)and photosynthetic performance decreased slowly during the later filling period.The photosynthetic rate and SPAD value of flag leaves in Han 6172 were higher at the early and middle stages of filling,but decreased rapidly at the later stage.The LA I decreased by 51.7%at the later stage of filling compared to the middle stage.During the growth period,there was a signifi cant dry matter accumulation in Jimai 22 and Shinong 086,with high contribution rates of pre flowering and post flowering dry matter transfer to grains.The har vest index of Jimai 22 was as high as 0.64.Han 6172 had a higher dry matter accumulation before flowering but a lower transfer,and a higher accumu lation of dry matter after flowering,with the highest contribution rate to grains.In the end,Jimai 22 had the highest yield,followed by Shinong 086 and Han 6172,and Lumai 14 had the lowest yield.In pro duction practice,under water limited irrigation condi tions,it is advisable to choose varieties with slow senescence of photosynthetic performance at the later stages of growth,more accumulated dry matter quality after flowering,and high harvest index.
