欧盟国家促进大众身体活动的路径选择及启示——基于模糊集定性比较分析的研究被引量：1

Path Selection and Enlightenment of Physical Activity Promotion in European Countries from the Perspective of Configuration——Based on Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)

摘要欧盟诸国颁布的国民身体活动促进项目效果瞩目,其工作经验对于中国制定同类政策具有一定的借鉴价值。运用模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA)对2018年欧盟27个成员国的身体活动监测数据进行分析,旨在探讨各种影响身体活动参与的因素之间的联合效应及互动关系。结果显示,欧盟国家推动大众身体活动参与的政策以经济作为支撑,通过综合性政策将身体活动机会融入民众的生活与工作环境中,并形成了政府主导型、社会福利型和生活体育型3种基本政策组合路径。对我国的启示在于,可以通过深化政府协同、优化运动环境、加强媒体宣传、提供个性化方案、构建运动场景等措施,进一步促进大众身体活动参与,全面提升国民身体素养和健康水平。 The national physical activity promotion programs implemented by European Union(EU)countries have shown notable results,and their practical experiences provide valuable references for China in formulating similar policies.This study applies fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)to analyze the physical activity monitoring data of 27 EU member states in 2018,aiming to explore the joint effects and interactive relationships among various factors influencing physical activity participation.The results reveal that EU countries promote public physical activity participation with economic support as the foundation,integrating physical activity opportunities into people's living and working environments through comprehensive policies,and forming three basic policy combination paths,namely government-led,social welfare,and lifestyle sports.The inspiration for our country lies in measures such as deepening government collaboration,optimizing the sports environment,strengthening media publicity,providing personalized solutions,and constructing sports scenes,so as to further promote the participation of the public in physical activities and comprehensively improve the physical literacy and health level of the people.
