煤矿综放回采含水顶板工作面巷道支护技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某煤矿综放回采工作面为研究对象,基于工作面实际情况,分析当前综放回采工作面支护中存在的问题,以此为基础提出某煤矿综放回采工作面巷道支护技术方案。根据含水巷道特点,对含水巷道不等强加固支护技术与方法进行简要介绍,并结合数值模拟分析方法总结煤矿综放回采工作面围岩应力分布规律与变形规律,针对某煤矿综放回采工作面原有支护加固方案的不足提出改进方向,根据某煤矿综放回采工作面新掘巷道特点,提出顶板支护、巷帮支护等新掘巷道支护技术方案。最后,为验证新掘巷道加固控制技术方案的应用价值,在煤矿综放回采工作面中开展工程实践,分析了巷道支护效果。 Taking a fully-mechanized caving mining face in a certain coal mine as the research object,based on the actual situation of the working surface,the problems existing in the supporting of the current fully-mechanized caving mining face were analyzed,and the technical scheme of roadway supporting in the fully-mechanized caving mining face of a coal mine was proposed on this basis.In the process of proposing the specific technical scheme,according to the characteristics of the water-bearing roadway,the unequal strong reinforcement supporting technology and method of the water-bearing roadway would be briefly introduced,and the stress distribution law and deformation law of the surrounding rock of the fully-mechanized caving mining face of the coal mine would be summarized in combination with the simulation analysis method,and the improvement direction would be proposed according to the shortcomings of the original supporting and reinforcement scheme of the fully-mechanized caving mining face of a coal mine,and the new excavation roadway supporting technology scheme such as roof supporting and lane help supporting was proposed according to the characteristics of the new excavation roadway of the fully-mechanized caving mining face of a coal mine.Finally,in order to verify the application value of the new tunnel reinforcement control technology scheme,the engineering practice was carried out in the fully-mechanized caving mining face,and the roadway supporting effect was analyzed according to the roadway supporting effect monitoring method.
