摘要
基于装配式建筑较其他建筑成本突出的特点,加强装配式建筑项目成本风险管理的现实意义重大。首先建立了成本风险指标体系,通过组合赋权法确定风险权重,引入云模型理论对项目综合成本风险进行计算,确定综合成本风险等级。最后引入实例验证模型在成本风险评价方面的科学性和适用性,结果表明将云模型理论引入装配式建筑成本风险评价中,可以有效地计算成本风险综合评价值进而确定风险等级,丰富了装配式建筑成本风险评价的理论研究。
Based on the characteristics of prefabricated buildings that are more costly than other constructions,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the cost risk management of prefabricated construction projects.First,a cost risk indicator system is established,the risk weight is determined by the combination weighting method,the cloud model theory is introduced to calculate the comprehensive cost risk of the project,and the comprehensive cost risk level is determined.Finally,an example is introduced to verify the scientificity and applicability of the model in cost risk evaluation.The results show that the introduction of cloud model theory into the cost risk evaluation of prefabricated buildings can effectively calculate the comprehensive cost risk evaluation value and determine the risk level,which enriches the prefabricated building cost risk evaluation.Theoretical research on construction cost risk evaluation.
