摘要
为了表征环氧树脂-铝矾土抗滑表层的抗滑性能,使用扫描电子显微镜与X射线衍射仪分析了88^(#)煅烧铝矾土的晶相组成与化学组成,利用加速磨光试验探究了铝矾土的抗磨耗性能。制备了环氧树脂-铝矾土抗滑表层,使用三维扫描仪对其表面纹理进行采集,计算了MPD、ETD、R_(q)、R_(sk)与R_(ku)。结果表明:铝矾土中两种硬度相差较大的矿相保证了铝矾土的长期抗滑性能。另外环氧树脂—铝矾土抗滑表层更适用于沥青混凝土路面,且其表面纹理高度近似符合正态分布的规律。
In order to characterize the sliding resistance of epoxy resin-bauxite surface,the crystal phase composition and chemical composition of 88^(#)calcined bauxite were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer,and the abrasion resistance of bauxite was investigated by accelerated polishing experiment.Then,epoxy resin-bauxite anti-skid surface was prepared,and its surface texture was collected by 3d scanner.MPD,ETD,R_(q),R_(sk) and R_(ku).were calculated.The results show that the two mineral phases with great difference in hardness guarantee the long-term sliding resistance of bauxite.In addition,epoxy resin-bauxite anti-skid surface is more suitable for asphalt mixture pavement,and its surface texture height accords with the law of normal distribution.
