摘要
固态变压器是构成能量路由器的核心设备,具备升压、降压功能,具有调节、控制电能质量的功能。为了实现传统变压器具备的隔离功能,本文提出了一种新型固态变压器,具备3个部分,分别为输入级模块、隔离级模块以及输出级模块。其中,输入级模块与输出级模块为拓扑结构相同的H桥,而隔离级为配置高频变压器的两端有源桥。该固态变压器可实现交流电压的升压、降压控制,可实现能量的双向传输,且实现了源端与负载端的隔离。本文在分析了该固态变压器的工作原理后,提出了参数设计方法。为验证该拓扑与参数设计方法的有效性,利用Matlab/simulink搭建了仿真模型。仿真结果表明:该拓扑能够实现对电能的转换。
Solid state transformer is the core equipment of the energy router,which has the function of voltage boost and voltage drop,and the function of regulating and controlling the power quality.In order to realize the isolation function of traditional transformer,this paper proposes a new solidstate transformer,which has three parts,namely input stage module,isolation stage module and output stage module.The input and output modules are H Bridges with the same topology,while the isolation stages are active Bridges at both ends configured with highfrequency transformers.The solid state transformer can realize the control of AC voltage boost and stepdown,realize the two way transmission of energy,and realize the isolation of the source and the load endAfter analyzing the working prin ciple of the solid state transformer,the parameter design method is proposedIn order to verify the effectiveness of the topology and parameter design method,a simulation model was built using Matlab/simulinkThe simulation re sults show that the topology can convert electric energy.
