摘要
大型单层振动去石机通常是在TQSX型吸式比重去石机基础上扩宽去石筛面的有效筛选宽度来实现的,但是随着筛面的扩宽,整个设备机械稳定性变差,去石工艺中所需的风压风量随之增大,能耗显著增加,去石工艺效果的不确性也变得更大。文章分析总结了大型单层振动去石机筛面结构设计时所要处理好的4个设计要点,同时分析了大型单层振动去石机设备在现代碾米工艺中剔除并肩石杂质的关键要素。
The large single-layer vibration de-stoner is usually achieved by widening the effective screening width of the stoner screen surface on the TQSX type suction specific gravity de-stoner product,but with the widening of the screen surface,the mechanical stability of the entire equipment become worse,the wind pressure air volume required in the stoner process increases,the energy consumption increases significantly,and the uncertainty of the stoner process effect become greater.This text introduced and summarized four"design points"which should be dealt with in the design of screen surface of large single-layer vibrating de-stoner,and analyzed the key elements of removing the impurities of side stone in modern rice milling process using large single-layer vibration stone removal equipment.
