基于机器视觉的端子箱监视传感器设计

摘要 随着电网规模的不断扩大,智能电网技术得到了长足发展。同时,随着人工智能技术的不断发展进步,机器视觉技术在变电站中被广泛应用,机器视觉与其他监测手段结合,实现了变电站设备的智能化监视。文章设计了一款基于机器视觉的多源传感器,实现了对端子箱内部部件状态的监视,自动识别设备状态变化,输出至后台进行大数据分析,并基于分析结果开展设备运维。 With the continuous expansion of power grid scale,smart grid technology has achieved significant development.At the same time,with the continuous development and progress of artificial intelligence technology,machine vision technology is widely used in substations.Machine vision is combined with other monitoring methods to achieve intelligent monitoring of substation equipment.This article designs a multi-source sensor based on machine vision to monitor the status of internal components of the terminal box,automatically identify changes in equipment status,and output it to the background for big data analysis.Based on the analysis results,equipment operation and maintenance are carried out.
