摘要
随着近年来公共卫生事件的突发,社会各阶层对于应急物资的储备管理愈发重视。与此同时,随着科技信息技术的进步,数字化仓储已然进入成熟阶段,尤其是与RFID、WMS、EPC等技术的结合使用。文章设计了应急物资数字化储备管理平急一体化机制,并通过结合德尔菲法与AHP层次分析法来构建应急物资储备管理评价体系,对管理模式进行评估,从而形成应急物资数字化储备管理平急一体化模式。
With the occurrence of public health events in recent years,all levels of society pay more and more attention to the reserve management of emergency materials.At the same time,the progress of scientific and technological information technology has also made digital warehousing has entered a mature stage,especially the combination of RFID,WMS,EPC and other technologies.This paper designed an integrated mechanism for the digital reserve management of emergency materials,and constructed an evaluation system for the emergency material reserve management by combining Delphi method and AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process)to evaluate the management mode,thus forming an integrated model for the digital reserve management of emergency materials.
