不均匀收敛模式在软岩隧道中的适用性研究

摘要 为进一步对山区软岩隧道断面的收敛变形模式进行研究,以隧道断面拱顶沉降与拱腰水平收敛为研究对象,基于现有地铁盾构隧道不均匀收敛模式提出隧道断面拱顶沉降与拱腰水平收敛比值K对隧道断面变形进行参数化表达,基于K值将隧道断面收敛变形情况分为3种形态。结合西成铁路甘青隧道甘肃段2段不同埋深情况下隧道断面变形监测数据进行分析。结果表明:1)通过K值的参数化分析,发现隧道断面的变形模式主要受隧道均匀收敛ε与隧道椭圆化δ的影响;2)隧道埋深对于隧道开挖后断面收敛变形有一定的影响,在埋深较深的情况下隧道围岩相对稳定,隧道断面收敛变形量较小且在短时间内将趋于稳定;3)通过甘青隧道实测数据发现,不均匀收敛模式与现有的经验参数适用于浅埋(埋深17.8~19.3 m)区域内的隧道断面,但是对于深埋(埋深48.5~49.3 m)区域内隧道断面的适用性不佳;4)首次将源于地铁盾构隧道的断面不均匀收敛模式引入山岭隧道,由于山岭隧道施工的复杂性,目前对山岭隧道的K值仅进行了初步的适用性研究。 To further investigate the convergence deformation mode of soft rock tunnel section in mountainous area,a case study is conducted on the crown settlement and horizontal convergence of arch waist of a tunnel section,the ratio K of crown settlement and horizontal convergence of arch waist is proposed based on the existing uneven convergence mode of metro shield tunnel,so as to parameterize the deformation of tunnel cross-section.Additionally,three forms of convergence deformation of tunnel cross-section are proposed based on K value.Finally,the monitoring data of tunnel cross-section deformation under different buried depths in Gansu section of the Ganqing tunnel on Xining-Chengdu highspeed railway are analyzed.The results show the following:(1)The parametric analysis of the K value shows that the deformation mode of the tunnel cross-section is mainly affected by the tunnel uniform convergenceεand the tunnel ovalizationδ.(2)The buried depth of the tunnel has a certain influence on the convergence deformation of the tunnel cross-section after tunnel excavation.Because the surrounding rock of the tunnel is relatively stable under the condition of deep buried depth,the convergence deformation of the tunnel cross-section is small and tends to be stable in a short time.(3)The uneven convergence model and the existing empirical parameters are suitable for the tunnel cross-section in the shallow buried area(buried depth of 17.8~19.3 m),but the applicability of the tunnel cross-section in the deep buried area(buried depth of 48.5~49.3 m)is not good.(4)For the first time,the uneven convergence mode of the tunnel cross-section from the metro shield is introduced into the mountain tunnel.Due to the complexity of the mountain tunnel construction,the current research on the K value of the mountain tunnel is only a preliminary applicability study,which needs further study.
