摘要
通过对宏翔能源公司现有3~6#焦炉配套干熄焦环境除尘颗粒物超低排放改造的研究与对比,将原有传统布袋除尘更换为新型折叠滤筒,改造实施后除尘器的过滤面积增大,滤料的过滤风速和阻力降低,实现了环境除尘颗粒物的超低排放。
Through the research and comparison of the ultra-low emissions transformation of the existing 3~6#coke oven supporting CDQ environment dedusting particles in Hongxiang Energy Company,the original traditional bag dedusting was replaced with a new folding filter cartridge.After the implementation of the transformation,the filtering area of the dust collector increased,and the filtering wind speed and resistance of the filter material decreased,achieving ultra-low emissions of environmental dedusting particles.
