黏土改良尾矿砂抗冲刷性能影响因素试验研究

摘要 为了分析黏土改良尾矿砂抗冲刷性能以及影响因素,开展了室内降雨边坡冲刷试验,研究边坡坡度比、黏土掺量、降雨强度、干湿循环次数对黏土改良尾矿砂边坡坡面径流总量、泥砂总冲蚀量以及单位时间内径流量和含泥量变化的影响。试验结果表明:黏土改良尾矿砂抗冲刷侵蚀性能受坡度比、降雨强度影响较大,径流总量和泥砂总冲蚀量随坡度比和降雨强度增大呈线性增长;尾矿砂中黏土掺量为30%时抗冲刷侵蚀性能较好;干湿循环1次后黏土改良尾矿砂坡面冲刷破坏较为严重,含泥量在30 min内波动变化明显,干湿循环3次时相比干湿循环1次时其泥砂总冲蚀量减小30%,干湿循环作用抑制了降雨对黏土改良尾矿砂坡面的冲刷侵蚀破坏。综合考虑黏土改良尾矿砂不同因素下的抗冲刷特性,边坡坡度比选1∶1.5,改良尾矿砂中黏土掺量取30%~40%较为合适。研究结果可为黏土改良尾矿砂的抗冲刷性能分析提供参考。 In order to analyze the anti-erosion performance and influencing factors of clay-modified tailings,an indoor rainfall slope erosion test was carried out to study the effects of slope ratio,clay content,rainfall intensity,and dry-wet cycle times on the total runoff,the total erosion of mud and sand,the changes of runoff and mud content per unit time of clay-modified tailings slope.The test results show that the anti-erosion performance of clay-modified tailings is greatly affected by slope ratio and rainfall intensity.The total runoff and total erosion of mud and sand increase linearly with the increase of slope ratio and rainfall intensity.When the clay content in tailings is 30%,the anti-erosion performance is better.After one time of dry-wet cycle,the erosion damage of clay-modified tailings slope is more serious,and the mud content fluctuates significantly within 30 min.When the dry-wet cycle is 3times,the total erosion amount of mud and sand is reduced by 30% compared with that when the dry-wet cycle is 1time.The effect of dry-wet cycle inhibits the erosion damage of rainfall on clay-modified tailings slope.Considering the anti-erosion performance of clay-modified tailings under different factors,the slope ratio is selected as 1∶1.15,and the clay content in the clay-modified tailings is selected as 30%-40%.The research results can provide a reference for the analysis of anti-erosion performance of clay-modified tailings.
